 5 min. ~ warmup on the Eliptical trainer which nearly kicked me arse
15 min ~ on the bike
 +5 min.~ cooldown

Everybody starts from where they are!   I want to get there regularily first then amp the efforts up and increase my time after that!   FIT~  Frequency, Intensity, Time!  I remember that from a terribly long time ago!  Is that still how it works?  I was amazed at how many people were there on a Monday morning!  At first I was kind of annoyed by it really!  So many germs there!  Deizel went to the playroom and fell asleep in there!  Excellent!  It was nice to have the time to myself and to give it back to me!  I feel lucky!
